Houseboats Reservation Request
HOUSEBOAT RESERVATION
INFORMATION:
A $500 rent deposit is required to confirm your reservation and
will be applied toward total rental amount. Full rental amount
must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to your boarding date.
Refundable
cleaning/securing/damage deposit of $500 is due upon arrival if
form of cash, cashiers check, Visa or MasterCard. No personal
checks. Should no damage or charges be incurred during your
rental, the full deposit will be returned. Board your houseboat
between the hours of 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. Return houseboat to the
marina, cleaned and unladed, by 9:00a.m., on your scheduled return
date. Times differ for off-season. For boats returned late, a late
fee will be charged at $100 per hour.
For boats returned in an unclean
or disorderly state, a $65 minimum cleaning fee will be charged.
Only during off-season, daily and weekly reservations are
accepted. A 3-day minimum is required. On Starships a 4-day
minimum is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation, $250 of our rent deposit is not
refundable. The balance will be refunded to you upon a 60-days
written notice of cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS FOR JULY,
AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER WILL FORFEIT FULL DEPOSIT AFTER APRIL 1
IF CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON 60 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE DATE, YOU
WILL FORFEIT ALL RENTAL FEES PAID.
